Merino lambskin wool actually contains lanolin and will moisturize your feet when you wear them barefoot. The entire Aussie Dogs footwear line is meant to be worn without socks. There's no taboo on wearing socks if you like, though. Socks are fun too!

A big difference with Aussie Dog boots is on the outside. They offer the usual exceptional comfort with soft lambskin wool on the inside, but the outside is tough pig skin, protecting the boot from the cruel, wet, dirty world. Aussie Dogs use "crystal heat" lamination to attach the tough outer layer. Ultimately, they look just as stylish on the outside and they are still soft and comfy on the inside. The benefit is longer wear, better durability, brighter colors, and less fading by using this outer pigskin layer. Finally, they hold their shape much better than traditional boots, a boon to sheepskin wearers everywhere!
